WHERE DO WORKSHOPS TAKE PLACE?
Our classes take place at different venues in the Pacific Northwest including at the Pioneer Center in Oregon City, OR.

Policies
Refund Policy
*We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Tickets are transferable to another person if done so prior to the class/event.
Cancellation
The Vision Collective, LLC reserves the right to postpone or cancel a class if an emergency, inclement weather, or unforeseen conflict arises. In the event of a class cancellation (ie: weather), you can choose a credit or *refund.
Attendance/Running Late
If an emergency or conflict arises, please email to let us know you will be missing the class/appointment.
Conduct
Vision Collective workshops are held in a supportive, non-threatening, and open-minded environment. In order to achieve this, we ask attendees to agree to certain rules in regards to conduct. Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Destruction of Property
If you destroy any property inside the Vision Collective, LLC, whether it is by accident or on purpose, you will be liable for the cost of repair or equal replacement. You will not be allowed to attend more classes or to register for another class until payment arrangements have been made to replace the destroyed property.
Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vision Collective, LLC and its agents, owners, teachers, employees, members and volunteers for any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that may occur as a result of your participation in any of our classes or services. Vision Collective, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen property, nor any adverse health or medical/psychological reactions.
The Vision Collective reserves the right to accept or deny any individual's attendance.
The Vision Collective prohibits discrimination against and harassment of any instructor or attendee because of race, color, national or ethnic origin, age, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law. We strongly support this effort and will respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns that are brought to their attention.

- Inappropriate verbal, physical, or sexual conduct with other attendees or the instructor(s)
- Talking while the instructor is talking
- Not silencing your cell phone during class
